About Marshall
Prior to joining MHK Attorneys as an Associate Attorney in 2025 Attorney Hanyon worked as a Defense Litigator for a prominent Connecticut insurance defense firm. Marshall Hanyon is admitted to the Bars of the States of Connecticut and Pennsylvania.
Marshall is native to the Pocono Mountains. He is a graduate of Moravian Academy in 2015. Marshall received his undergraduate degree from Muhlenberg College (B.S., 2019), where he competed as a member of the College’s Baseball and Soccer teams while majoring in Neuroscience. Mr. Hanyon received his law degree from the Quinnipiac University School of Law (J.D., 2023 – Summa Cum Laude) where he received awards for outstanding legal scholarship and academic excellence, while interning with the United States Department of Justice.
Attorney Hanyon is a member of the Monroe County Court of Common Pleas Young Lawyers Division, Bench Bar Committee and its Children’s Advocacy Committee. He currently resides in Easton.
